We were visiting from out of state and were having problems with our battery. They got us in right away and took care of us. Two days later, our DEFF system errored and once again they got us in right away. So friendly, so considerate and thoughtful that we were in town for a difficult visit. American Five Star is the very best vehicle repair shop in the metro area! If you're nervous about car repair and worry about being taken for a ride, make a beeline American Five Star; they are honest and their work is outstanding... and their customer service is amazing. I love this place and I am sure you will too! 2023 update: I am still taking my vehicle to American Five Star and I am still delighted with their service! I encourage you to take your vehicle to the pros at American Five Star, too! 2024 update: I still love American Five Star and wouldn't consider taking my vehicle anywhere else! 2025 update: I still take my car to American Five Star. They are still the very best! 2026 update: I'm still delighted with American Five Star! It's great to have a Class A, fantastic place to take my car for service. No worries at all...my car is in good hands. 5/2026 update: still taking my car to American Five Star! I'm delighted, as always with their service and knowledge.
