The American Five Star family is sad to announce that one of our technicians, Duane Disbro, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020. Duane worked for us for 3 years, and he was a beloved member of our American Five Star Auto Repair & Transmissions team. He was at his home when he died of a heart attack. Duane Disbro went to Coronado High School in Scottsdale, Arizona, and lived in Mesa, Arizona for many years. He started working with us August 1, 2017, and became a dear friend to us all. Duane leaves behind his wife, Barb, and his two children, and two grandchildren. Our hearts break for his family and all of those that grew to love Duane. He will be dearly missed, but we will never forget his amazing talent in fixing cars, his smile, and how much he cared about those he loved. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the family will announce at a later point when we can come together and celebrate his life.
