1) I brought my car in because I was having trouble in first and second gear. They quoted me almost $3000 for a clutch with a two year warranty. I have them fix the car, then immediately had to bring it back in because it was having the same issues. The next morning they called me and said they can’t find out what’s wrong so I picked up the car and have the same issue happen again! For the third time I had them look over the car again and they said it’s probably just the fuel filter clogged, as well as there is no battery!?!? How come when I dropped off the car there was a battery and now there’s no battery!?! Looks like they STOLE my battery and now charging me for it Plus charged me $3000 for something that actually cost $135. I took my car and brought it to three different mechanics and they all said the actual problem is the fuel filter is clogged, not the clutch! I will be bringing them to court... DONT GO HERE!! 2) every single time I brought in my car I told them that the outer door handles do not work so they need to leave the windows rolled down so I can access the car using the door knobs on the interior. Every time they forget so I have to crawl through the back to access my car while I’m pregnant which is not fun!!! 3) every time I have picked up my car after hours, they always park it on the west side of the building where all the cameras are. After complaining and saying I’m going to go to a different mechanic, they decided this one and only time to park it on the east side where there are no cameras and guess what happened when I showed up!?!? My car was being broken into (stolen)!! Had to call the police and will NEVER do business with these scammers again!
Well first let me start by thanking you for the review. Second the facts are we installed a clutch on 12/10/18 for Tom at the price of $1194.43. on 3/7/19 we were told that vehicle had no 1st and 2nd gear drove vehicle clutch was out of adjustment because someone installed master cylinder for clutch and did not adjust, so we adjusted clutch and called it good. Then on 3/11/19 we towed in again, same complaint no 1st and second gear. No battery, was missing, and tow truck drive will confirm this. Install new battery and hold down, drove 5 miles no issue. On 3/15/19 we had you come in and drive with Duane, and it is clear you do not know how to drive a manual transmission. And after four miles of driving engine stalled and would not start. Tow back to shop and diagnosed a ecm problem. Communicated problem with you and work was declined.
